well i loves to show off, i dont get to do it much so i take every opertunitie (opertunite..opertunytie...w/e, you know what i mean) to do so..well today, im here with a few of my fave keybinds =D
Replace "X" with the key, on your keyboard you want for the keybind
Set input X say hi everyone, hows things?
Set input X say I love gauntlet warriors!!
Set input X toggleBfire
Set input X toggleBAltFire

Now for some advance stuff.. >=D
Put this in your "...ut99\system\user.ini" file
Alt=exec E:\UnrealTournament\system\Alt_keys.txt|OnRelease exec E:\UnrealTournament\system\Alt_keys_Def.txt

now open notepad / notepad++
copy your lines between
Aliases[0]=(Command="Button bFire | Fire",Alias="Fire")
and
StrProperty0=
those using notepad++ lines 9 - 304
save them in a txt file, named
Alt_keys_Def.txt

Now in a new txt document, you can do this
Set input W say Hi, how are you all
Set input A say Is there a trans on this map for engineers?
Set input D Teamsay %h~~%s~~ MEDIC
Set Input S Teamsay %a Ready for res
Set input Z say Res please

save it as
Alt_keys.txt
both those files in your system folder, now when ur playing a game, press and hold ALT, and press...say..A
"whats the point in that, itl just make me run to my left" says the poor N00B!
well, its opening the txt file and replacing you ini with those lines, so make sure that you do copy your ini lines, like i said above, to the named .txt file, because on the release of the ALT key, it will activate that txt file.

Please note, if you plan to set a bind to
"say goodbye all, see yas | quit"
it will activate the txt file then activate the quit command, as it is seperate..so dont use "|" in the .txt files

now while this is designed for unreal tournament 2004.. the coding is the same as unreal 99, i just edited a few lines from a copy + paste off of my old fave ut2k4 server, if anythings wrong, PM me or email me, ill fix it up for u. (only if its wrong, if you dont learn to do it yourself, you never will.)

*NOTE*
This WILL conflict with the other one i made for monster mappers, you cna only have 1 or the other, if you want more than one alt keys notepad file, they wont conflict but ull have to remember, alt is default, "X key" is personal 1, "X key" is personal 2, etc, etc, and it gets annoying. but if you want help, as above, contact me. have fun, and im sorry if i confused anyone.
