Yep, new & special to me. Sweetchuck was there if it helps to track down in the logs, think it was about 11:30pm pacific. Hillforts Seige starts by itself mid-map of a Gauntlet map. Gaunltlet map had displayed the 'red no monster' banner. After a gateway killed (dunno how many killed), server times out & reconnects. xxxxx Now it gets wierd xxxxx Hillforts starts, gems & venom-x 'deemers appear. Stuff builds, but suppliers don't give weapons. Venom-x respawn like this was a gauntlet map. Gems vanish, monsters spawn like seige. After first death, pistols not issued on spawn. Chainsaws & 'deemers only weapons now.... When monsters killed, gems appear, but game ends on 1x gauntlet timing... No countdown timer displayed. Poor server must been trying to run all the mods for both types at the same time. |

Yeah... This sounds like a new, even more confusing version of the reboot error. Hillforts IS the new default starting map after a crash. He told me it was to default to the Siege version, but maybe everything messing up upon a reboot is the established standard here... |

As of now this problem is fixed. Read the announcement here: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=374 Also Varyag I couldn't help but noticed you misspelled Gauntlet! I'm no grammar nazi like Necrosis or anything but still that's a perfect oppurtunity for THIS!!!

I heard "I'm not an awesome person like Necrosis but I couldn't help but notice your typo!" I noticed it too, but I don't have the image so I left that to your discretion. |
