Some ‘bright spark’ decided to send me a poster ‘Safe Driving Campaign’…Basically it was about using the mobile phone when driving, this new guy has a lot to learn… For those who don’t know about the Middle East and the way they drive this is what his poster should actually state..
Don’t put your feet on the dash board whilst driving, don’t let your kids bounce all over the car and make them use seat belts (and put yours on), don’t carry babies on the front seat held by the nanny, don’t let your five year old drive the car sitting on your lap, don’t drive at 160kmph in an 80 zone not caring if you kill anyone in the process, don’t go thru red lights because there are no cameras…O yes and because you’re so poor you cannot afford a hands free kit in your Lexus, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porche or Land Cruiser…Don’t use the phone whist driving (you may spill the coffee you have just got from McDonalds) !
Everything in the ME has the same 'excuse'... Insha'Allah (Arabic: إن شاء الله, = Gods will.... even spilling your coffee!
Put that in your poster !...just wondering what reply I will receive.
