Since we are playing monster siege.. why dont we have some monsters that work for us? Was thinking a bit and i think they should be in siege builder options as in Monsters category. Now i have 2 divided suggestions: 1)Create a monster that is teamcolored in little size and when you pick it you create in it but no upgrading needed and the monster size (like titans) will automaticly change in its original. Motivation of this suggestion:Playing as monster. 2)You create a monster that actually works for you or for your team, but you are the only one who can order the monster if it is going to defend attack cover hold position or freelance but they have default size default health default everything as told but i dont know about teamcolors and i think thats a problem you also face in my first suggestion. I personnaly think that the both suggestions if u play as monster or hire a monster for you should have a teamcolor like a siege building. Motivation of this suggestion:Creating a monster that works for you. I think if my suggestions are going to be accepted i think you must also solve space problem. Just like you cant create super container somewhere same goes if u want to create a titan in those little Hillforts rooms. I think you should also decide cost of monsters And ive seen you have special monsters on server like angels and so on. Well admins... what do you think? |

I'm not sure I understand your suggestion. Are you trying to say that when you pick it up you change into that monster? Because this sounds like your second proposal for a UTCoop type deal. If that's the case, not only do I not find it interesting, I find it just plain stale. As far as the recruiting monsters thing goes, we did have a friend working on something like that a long time ago, up until he dropped off the face of the Earth. |

Necrosis really OverTrooled this you will have to exuse him ![]() You got to understand that the transition to iideas to code to server is VERY difficult. And time consumeing it does not just sudenly happen. I do have a job that takes a majority of my time now |

I gave kinda the same idea to a friend long time ago. And as Wildcard said, It's really complicated to make something like that work besides you'll have to solve lots of problems. Like the one with the AI. Our friend actually added the monsters but he never managed to make them work properly. And you said... "...when you pick it you create in it...". Wouldn't that end in a telefrag like when you summon a Titan or a Queen? Anyways... just my 2 cents. |
