I have been accused of cheating at this game countless times... and seemingly every day I play now. To be 100% clear, I don't cheat and there is no secret advantage of any kind.

In addition, I have offered to teach some accusers and other players exactly what to do in order to obtain the same results as me. Only a few players, seem to understand how to play in the same way. Thanks to Wildcard and Dire for being among the few players I can think of that don't accuse me cheating.

If anyone is interested, here are some tips:

I changed my nickname to help provide the most important tip in this game (in terms of survival)... jumping. Nearly any map that has grav. boots can allow a player to finish the map with few deaths... sometimes zero deaths. Jumping is nearly everything. Most targets are engaged while in the air.

Most strategy involves understanding the weapons and anticipating when each is the best one for the job. This means you must understand the gates, the monsters and how they generally behave. That knowledge comes with playing and practice. Having a good idea what each monster will do before they do it means one can continually anticipate the best attack, bypass, or retreat.

Always find the max health and max armor. Pro players will often have a general pattern of movement through a given map that helps to keep them topped up in health. That movement will also include regular access to their favorite weapons, super weapons, "rest" spots, etc.

Generally speaking, the shotgun should be your #1 tool. However, for certain situations only one of the other weapons would be best. For example, very few monsters survive the Hellgun radial fire. Combined with circular movement while stuck in a tight group of monsters, one can easily clear most of them while taking little damage. At the same time it almost always clears your feet for a clean grav. jump.

Dodging, using buildings as cover, circular, and side to side movements are VERY effective techniques in this game, and should be used all times while grounded and in the air. How and when comes with experience. The circular patterns, figure-8, and other movements some of you might see me doing are not because I'm bored... those movements are advantageous to practice. They are a part of what helps to keep monsters away, take less damage, and to not die as much.

I use a very old computer that is kept around just for old games. It runs this game with many technical bugs. For example, I do not see that many gates in most games... I see "swirls" and target them... they look a bit like the MAX's vortex. Sometimes at the start of games I cannot jump, so I run for the Venom-X, get into the air and try to live long enough for the ability to jump to return (hopefully).

My keyboard movement and control keys are the arrow keys between the ctrl, shift, and 0/Ins keys on a $10 basic MS KB. Shift=jump, Ctrl=crouch, 0/Ins (and other number keys)=select weapons.

I don't mind that people are skeptical. However, people are welcome to spectate any game. And, I have offered to show people how to do the same things. Furthermore, I've tried to give these kinds of comments in game but they take a while to type, and some people are usually too busy bashing me anyway. I suppose those messages get lost in all that.

I also get a hard time about how I play SXM games. I get called noob all the time playing the way I do. Again, there are reasons for the choices that some of you think are incorrect choices. There are small tricks and advantages. For example, do you know that a basic supplier with no upgrading will heal you back to full glowing 150 IF you have a shield belt? This means that you can continually get healed to 150 for just the cost of 300RU/basic supplier, and 250RU for the belt. In addition to you taking less damage, when you wear a shield belt the core takes less damage too.

This game is full of tricks. I can say with absolute certainty that some of us players can clear difficult SXM and GX5/6 maps on our own, using the very same techniques that some of you call me noob for using. I would say that most skilled players will offer you tips, but probably not if you are doing nothing but badmouthing them.

Interestingly, I routinely get accused of not helping the team. This is curious as when one checks the board at the end of those games, I will generally appear as the top team player in several categories. How is it possible to not be a team player if one gets the highest ranking for healing most of the core? Or building and upgrading the most? If deaths were recorded, one would also see that some of us die much less, thus our contribution to the team core dying is greatly reduced.

People also have accused me of stealing RU... the same people generally over and over, seemingly to make problems... I do not know. Again, I often come up as the top monster killer player on the endgame stats. RU comes from killed monsters and I kill lots of them. People are always taking "my" RU. But it is not my RU. It is not a problem for me... please take it and use it well. Otherwise it can time out and nobody gets the RU.

To the Lord of the Flies gang of vote kickers from today's game of SXM3 Burger Wars... Hopefully Wild will see that and not allow that here. Being angry because someone plays differently than you is not a reason for booting. If one were to check the server logs, one would also see that you guys removed all of 4 of the suppliers I built inside and had upgraded for everyone, thus sabotaging the game. Now that IS something players should be booted for.

Finally, Wild is the creator of this place and the teacher... If people want verification/tips, they might consider asking him. A good portion of strategy and gameplay knowledge in general was learned from him. However, if you accuse HIM of cheating you might get the boot.

Hopefully some of this info. helps those who are interested.
