Hi everyone,

When playing Gauntlet, I often spawn 10 times in a row in very busy locations (that is, in the middle of monsters). So, I die. 10 times in a row.

When I am at last able to move and search for a good weapon, I see that some players are wayyy in advance in terms of points. Haven't they been spawning in busy places just like me? In some maps, there are no quiet places.

So there must be a trick. Anyone would like to give me pointers on what to do when spawning in bad places?

I'm afraid death is just a big part of the game. Other players probably got lucky and spawned near some superior armor and managed to hold on to it for dear life while gunning for monsters, explaining the scores. If there is some "Trick", than we may have some player thinning to do... The most I'm familiar with for the busy spawning is that if you're in a hurry to respawn, you'll probably spawn nearby and get killed again. If you delay a little, you might luck out and spawn somewhere less busy. I can't really confirm it, but it's the best guess I have...

What I don't get is why I spawn in the same 2 places for a whole game when there many other spawn spots in the map.

Is this regarding Gauntlet? Because that could mean you're either really unlucky, or it's a map that was edited to only a couple spawns in a designated area. (Places like Post Office or Freeway) In Siege it could be a similar deal, Bad Luck or only a few spawns were active to lessen the danger of waking up the scarier monsters in more open and distant areas.
