I encourage you to vote for Exu Weapons once the poll opens back up on Thursday and you won't be alone. I know there are other players that share your views and will vote Exu Weapons too.
Did you know this weapons package is highly customizeable? Make a suggestion on what could be changed and I'll see if the settings can be tweaked to make that happen.

The biggest thing I don't understand about the players who don't like Nali Weapons is why are they so quick to completely shutdown and boycott them instead of trying to learn how to use them and then make their judgement. I just don't understand, Me personaly I could go either or Exu or Nali I know how to use both. If it's a technical problem like you keep getting kicked out because your UT is trying to load the packages and keeps timing ot then that's understandable.
Anyways, We will see how this goes with the players controling the weapons on the server in a vote.
For now if you want to play some games of gauntlet you don't need to boycott UT entirely, There are in face 2 other Gauntlet servers out there that are running Exu Weapons I think...

I recomend Killerbooe's Gauntlet server because the speed is normal and sane their unlike (_@_) where everything is uncomfortably fase for some dumb reason...

Cheers for that, I've been playing on alienclan for short bursts for a while, just my ping is mostly 380+ (more like 500 ping with more players on the server), but still fun.
Also they have removed GX4 and GX5 maps completely as of the past week.
The only 1 thing that I like on alienclan server is the best, last, current weapons work well.
eg: I press Best weapon and I get my best weapon, not the pos jack hammer.
I use a BFG and once fired, my last weapon I was using prior comes up in my hand and not the pos jack hammer.
But that's about the only like I have for alienclan server.
I'll give Killerbee's a shot as I've not tried it yet.
Fingers crossed I can stay below the 400 ping mark.

For me I enjoy the game and change in most cases is good.
But after playing for 500+ hours then being thrown into a game with new to me weapons, I'm not interested in devoting the time to learn all over again on a sever I once was familiar with.
Steep learning curve and lack patience play a major part in it for me.
But hey, that's my loss and others gain.. All good.
drives me nuts. I would like to have the U4e lightsword replace the piston it's a super awesome weapons you got to see it and you can jump with it like you could with the piston which is why I keep the piston on
